Nurse Managers Meeting Notes
Hello My fellow Nurses,
Thank you for participating in our First Nurse Manager Meeting carried on September 10th via Zoom. It was such a pleasure to meet you. Some of the important items shared at the meeting were, as follow: Joining the Nurses Forum at the RTLL affiliate portal; we also discussed in detail the new legislative Bill AB 352 Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) to be effective as of January 1, 2027. For those of you that were not able to participate in the meeting please make sure you read the attached Power Point with the pertinent information about CMIA and ensure your Facility (applicable to Medical Clinics) is in full compliance by 1/1/27. If you have any questions please do NOT hesitate to contact Life Legal Defense Foundation or your Clinic's Legal representation for appropriate answers. Our NEXT Nurse Manager Meeting is scheduled for Thursday December 3rd at 9:00 am via Zoom. The formal invitation will be sent in October 2026.
